1. Service Agreement
RefrigeratorRepair.io ("we," "our," or "us") provides professional refrigerator repair services to residential and commercial customers. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Service Appointments
We strive to provide timely service within the scheduled appointment window. If our technician is unable to make the appointment, we will contact you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
3. Service Diagnosis and Repairs
Our technicians will diagnose the issue with your refrigerator and provide a detailed estimate before performing any repairs. You have the right to approve or decline the proposed repairs.
We charge a diagnostic fee for each service call, which will be applied toward the cost of repairs if you choose to proceed with our service.
4. Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for all repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Damage caused by power surges or natural disasters
- Repairs performed by unauthorized persons after our service
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. For commercial clients, we offer net-30 payment terms upon approval of credit.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the refrigerator issue
- Ensuring our technicians have safe access to the appliance
- Removing food items from the refrigerator when necessary
- Securing pets during the service appointment
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repairs performed. We are not responsible for:
- Food spoilage due to refrigerator malfunction
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Delays in service due to parts availability or circumstances beyond our control
